MY PRESENTATION

Good afternoon teacher and classmates

My name is Diana Ramirez I’m graduated of Esca Santo Tomas.
Now I represent the CARHTOR HERMANOS company. I`m the sales manager and want to here with you some information about my job and my company. I have different functions inside the company: first, I have to check the needs of the different areas of the company, them I have to locate the suppliers who will provide equipment and raw materials. Then I have to make an order and check the reception of materials.

There are some skills and attributes you must have to get this job like honesty, responsibility and plenty of professional ethics, because you handle lots and lots of confidential files which are very important for the company.

This graph will show you the recently sales trends of our company in the first trimestrer from august to October our total sales were 3`000000, in the second trimestrer from November to January tour sales3´500,000 were he level our sales remains the same but in the third trimestrer from February to april we have increase in our sales about 500,000.

Carhtor Hermanos was funded in 1987. We have 21 year of experience in the construction industry with an efficient personal, hight qualityin our services of construction,remodeling and manteinnance.

THIRD REFLECTION

THIS WEEK WE CHECKED THE NEW VOCABULARY FROM THE UNIT 14. WE USED FOR FIRST TIME IN THIS COURSE THE COMPUTERS ENGLISH LAB AND WE RESOLVED SENTENCES THAT INCLUDED THE NEW VOCABULARY. WE MADE AN EVALUATION OF LISTENING AND WRITING TOO. THIS WAS A SHORT WEEK DUE TO THE EXAMS OF SECOND PARTIAL.

A long this week we revise vocabulary the unit 13, for example: overload, culprit, junkie,

and synonyms, also the situation can you use and sentences with this vocabulary.

We revise different types the E- mails: the formal and informal and types the business correspondence.

Finally check differents texts for rules puntuation.

This week was very dinamic and funny.

My Commentary Second Parcial

The Unit 12 reviews modal verbs of obligation how: obligation, necessity, prohibition, lack of obligation, advice and recomendation, each one help us for indicate how make the things or show an obligation. Also checked some vocabulary the unit and this to learn to describe some situatios in the world.

Finally checked speaking for created a disscution about the specific topic for example: demonstrations are a waste of time, corruption is inevitable in politics and money is the only measure of success.

There are many things that are difficult for me understand for example, grammar forms, write correctly the structure and listening.

I like learn English it's very important to keep practicing because when you speak english you development personal and professionally.

Dilemma Hershey`s Company

Really is difficult the situation and take decision

Dears members:

We are writing a letter,, about decision, all the workers disagree with the intention the sale Hershey Foods.

Firstly the trustees who want to sell the oldest and most beloved chocolate company in the U.S. very important , must have solid reasons to make it happen, however it's the value people had given to the city which makes this a very tough decision.I think that if the company and the town are such a big deal for the people who lives there maybe the trustees should find a way to keep the company working, because the memories and experiences of several families are now part of the town's history, besides, tourism visit the town because they believe that is magic and that was created the "chocolate town".

However, if you decide to sell, you will cut a lot of jobs created an economic disaster for the town.
These decision that benefits both parts specially, the Hershey town and it's famous school, because is essential for continue to learn to our children.

Finally I think that talking and finding doable solutions is the best way to find out which is the best way of action, selling or fighting to keep the world's very famous chocolate Hershey company .
